Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office & Finance Manager to join our team. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our office and maintaining our financial health. Ideally if you have experience of operating/managing a small business and you are a proactive, organised professional with a strong background in office management and finance, we would love to hear from you.,

  • Office Management: day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.

  • Manage correspondence, scheduling, and administrative tasks to support the team.

  • Manage stock control to ensure optimum levels are met to support cashflow.


  • Finance Management:
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, payroll (MyPaye), and expense tracking.

  • Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

  • Liaise with Management Accountants.


  • Customer Service:
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service, both in-person and over the phone.

  • Coordinate appointments and manage the customer booking system.

  • Process customer payments and handle billing inquiries.


  • Human Resources Support:
  • Assist with recruitment, induction and training of new staff members.

  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate staff schedules and holiday leave & absences, keeping records

    Preferred Qualifications/ Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred but relative experience will be considered,

  • Management: Certified qualifications or strong demonstrated experience


  • Essential skills:
  • Finance: Proven experience in office and financial administration, proficiency in using online accounting software, preferably within a similar industry.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Working as part of a team

  • Support the Senior Management team to manage members of staff to work smartly in order to meet their agreed targets., Certificate of Higher Education (preferred), Financial accounting: 1 year (preferred)
