Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for an Office and Property Management Assistant to join Endsleigh Park. Originally Kingston-Upon-Hull's only convent, Endsleigh Park has been converted into comfortable and modern living spaces, benefiting from a 48-bedroom hotel and a portfolio of onsite apartments for residential letting; all within four acres of grounds and managed by our dedicated team. Duties are to include assisting the Operations Manager in all aspects of the day today operations of the business including the processing of reservations, room allocations, recording revenue, conducting apartment inventories and inspections, arranging maintenance appointments and efficiently responding to all general enquiries. Applicants must have a good standard of written English and be computer literate being proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word. It is essential to have good customer service and, communication skills both on the telephone and when dealing with the guest and, Endsleigh Park Ltd [EPL] need to collect personal information about you in order to process your application for employment - It will also form the basis of a confidential personal record in electronic format. The data will be retained for administrative and statistical reporting purposes.

Following completion of our recruitment process it will be held for one year and will then be destroyed under secure conditions.
