Operations Contracts Analyst

We are currently recruiting for a Operations Contracts Analyst at the Minworth site. The Contracts Analyst is a key member of the operations team supporting business intelligence and data management, client reporting, process mapping, and problem resolution.

How you will contribute

• Maintaining and prepare ERF requests and share tracker reports


• Management of the banked hours process, including formulating the stand-down/stand-up notices and briefings, tracking hours banked and age of hours in line with process guidelines


• Preparation and facilitation of MBR/QBR governance and S&OP meetings as required including action tracker management


• Local vendor management and consumable order management


• To act as focal point for all business data and reporting transactions


• Collation of weekly/ monthly plant scorecard data and governance of review schedules


• Collating plant roll call data weekly/monthly and preparing month end P&L data inputs


• SAP; Invoice Administration including MIR5 reporting and GR order


• Monitoring and reporting of Contractual/ Service provider performance to standard (KPIs)
  
  Degree level education - Preferred


• An excellent level of written and spoken English facilitating proactive and highly effective communication


• Mathematics to GCSE grade C minimum


• A high level of Microsoft Excel ability


• Ability to work with frequent distractions and changing priorities
