Ophthalmologist

Vision executives are experts in international recruitment for the eyecare industry and we have partnered with a cutting-edge surgical centre who are looking for an Ophthalmologist to operate in Birmingham. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about providing top-notch ophthalmic care and who thrives in a multidisciplinary setting. In this role, you will be an integral part of the medical team, performing a variety of ophthalmic procedures and ensuring high-quality patient outcome.,

• Conducting ophthalmic procedures, including high-volume phacoemulsification under topical anaesthesia.


• Collaborating with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.


• Participating in virtual clinics and embracing innovative approaches to patient treatment.


• Contributing to the hospital's clinical governance and safety standards.
  
  Proven experience with high-volume phacoemulsification under topical anaesthesia.


• Additional experience in oculoplastics and/or medical retina is desirable but not essential., Laboratory experience: 1 year (preferred)
  
  A competitive salary of up to £150,000 per annum.
