Paraplanner

This is a full-time on-site role as a Paraplanner located in Brierley Hill. The Paraplanner will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing them with ongoing financial advice and solutions, assisting with investment planning and portfolio management, and identifying new business opportunities to expand the client base.

• Write client annual review letters, fund switch letters & Top up letters


• Produce comprehensive, accurate and clear Suitability Reports .


• Preparing illustrations and compliance documents for numerous products, such as ISA's Pensions, Protection to package up for an advisers presentation meeting.


• Maintaining and accurately updating the back office systems with client data.
  
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships


• Experience in financial services


• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively


• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also being self-motivated and proactive in managing client relationship


• Report Writing Skills


• Diploma, or willing to work towards., A-Level or equivalent (preferred)


Experience:

• IFA Administration: 1 year (required)


• Financial report writing: 1 year (required)
