Part-time Viewings Assistant

We are looking for someone to assist our Stanway Residential Sales team part-time during the week and on Saturdays; undertaking viewings with potential purchasers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a collaborative and successful team at Fenn Wright, with opportunities for career progression for the right candidate.,

• Arrange & conduct viewing appointments at properties on the market with our busy Stanway branch.


• Listen to customer queries and comments, providing the team with feedback


• Familiarising yourself with properties on the market for sale in the specific area


• Speaking to applicants in a warm and friendly manner


We will provide training on how to conduct professional viewings and how to look after our clients' properties.


• An interest in property would be an advantage


• The ability to build a rapport with people quickly


• Well presented and confident with strong communication skills


• Organised and punctual


• Personable
