Are you ready for an exciting opportunity to shape and lead a dynamic team? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Partnership Contracts Manager to join our team.

This new role will oversee four Partnership Officers and support the management and oversight of all third-party agreements and contracts within our schemes.

Your contribution will be crucial in driving operational excellence and enhancing the experience of our customers living in their homes.

We embrace the future of work with our hybrid working model, offering you the flexibility to thrive in your role. You'll have the opportunity to blend the best of both worlds, spending approximately 2-3 days per week in the office with the remainder being from the comfort of your own home.

However bear in mind during your probation and training, we may request more office presence to ensure you feel fully supported and equipped for success.

Your responsibilities...

Key Responsibilities :

Contract Support :

  • Manage all third-party agreements and contracts for our Homeownerships properties.

  • Ensure compliance with legal and PA Housing standards.

  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.

  • Develop a deep understanding of leases and service level agreements, providing essential support to staff and departments.


  • Operational Support :
  • Oversee the execution and performance of contracts across our homeownership schemes, covering grounds maintenance, playgrounds, communal cleaning, tree management, pest control, and bulk refuse collection.

  • Deliver comprehensive property management and leasehold services to homeowners.

  • Manage contractors and agents using best practices and contract management tools.


  • Stakeholder Engagement :
  • Regularly meet with Homeowners & Resident Associations to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Promote collaborative working environments.


  • Performance Management :
  • Monitor and understand key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Use data insights to optimise outcomes and ensure smooth operations.


  • Innovative Thinking :
  • Encourage innovative solutions and challenge conventional estate management practices.

  • Implement strategies to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.


  • Customer Involvement :
  • Empower residents to participate in decision-making processes.

  • Property Management : Extensive experience, ideally within a housing association.

  • Team Leadership : Skilled in managing customer-focused teams.

  • Contract Management : Strong abilities in overseeing third-party agreements and contracts.

  • Stakeholder Engagement : Excellent at resolving disputes with Homeowners & Resident Associations.

  • Performance Management : Proficient in understanding and monitoring KPIs.

  • Legal and Standards Knowledge : Well-versed in leases, service level agreements, and compliance with legal and PA Housing standards.

  • Operational Support : Familiar with managing various contracts across homeownership schemes.

  • Customer Service : Expertise in delivering property management and leasehold services to homeowners.

  • Team Leadership : Manage and support your team to oversee all third-party agreements and contracts within our schemes.

  • Performance Management : Empower and motivate staff to meet and exceed performance targets.

  • Proactive Resolution : Address and resolve any under-performance efficiently.


  • Disclosure and Barring Service :

    This role of requires the successful candidate to complete a basic DBS check. A basic DBS check will show any unspent convictions.

    So why do we need to know this information? This role will be required to visit / support PA Housing residents in their own homes on a regular basis.

    Therefore we have a duty to our residents to ensure that we have taken precautions regarding who will be visiting them and representing PA Housing.

    Having unspent convictions will not necessarily preclude you from being recruited into the role; if you are potentially the successful candidate, we will complete a risk assessment with you to understand the circumstances around your conviction, how relevant they are to the post you have applied for and what remedial action , if any, have you have taken since your conviction.
