Payments Officer (2 roles)

This role will perform the day-to-day processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure that finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner with all necessary controls being adhered to. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance to the Councils Constitution and for the monitoring of key performance indicators and risk registers and the improvement of such.

We are seeking two self-motivated and experienced Payments Officers to join the Procurement and Payments Team within the Financial Services area of Oxford City Council.
