PCN Physician Associate (PA)

We are looking to recruit a full time Physician Associate (PA) to join our growing team.

The Physician Associate role will work in support of the clinical team based at the PCN practices and have access to a GP during the sessions.

The PA will also have supervision provided by an experienced Senior PA and a clinical GP lead. They will ensure you are happy and productive in your role cultivating your skills and improving your competences., The Physician Associate role will work in support of the clinical team based at the PCN practices. This role will require the PA primarily undertaking their own consultations in the surgery or patients home/care home ensuring appropriate history, examination, diagnosis and management plan is formulated. The post involves mixture of home visits, appointments including on the day, pre-booked, follow-up, specialist and procedural appointments.

The PCN is a group of 5 practices working together to improve patient care and access.

Salary is on a Band 7 and commensurate with experience. Access to NHS Pension.
