Full Job Description

Part time 30 hours per week, 12 month Fixed Term Contract, hybrid role, split between New Mill, Saltaire and working from home.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator to join our friendly and innovative Organisational Development team. Our team delivers services to NHS staff across the Bradford and Airedale district, providing a range of learning development programmes and initiatives.

The People Development Team deliver an exciting range of people development programmes and initiatives - both planned and bespoke.

This main purpose of this role is to provide timely administrative support to the People Development Team, supporting our leadership and management development programmes, personal and team development, the NHS Staff Survey, and other initiatives such as the Mental Health First Aiders programme.

The position will suit someone who is outgoing, confident and experienced in dealing with a wide range of people, communicating face to face, via email and telephone., These will include:

  • Administrative Support: Provide timely administrative support to the People Development team.

  • Event Coordination: Support a variety of OD initiatives, including leadership and management development programmes, personal and team development, and bespoke organisational development initiatives

  • Course Administration: Handle pre-course administration such as collating, printing, and ordering Learning & Development materials, making room bookings, processing bookings, issuing joining instructions and pre-course information to delegates.

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent pre-course customer service to delegates and trainers.

  • Promotion: Assist with the promotion of our in-house training courses.

  • Support Initiatives: Aid in the delivery of the annual NHS Staff Survey and the Mental Health First Aiders programme.

  • Meeting Attendance: Attend meetings and events across the district as required.
