Full Job Description

J is a young Disabled man who wants someone likeminded to support him to get out and about to access the community, there may be a small amount of personal care.
J likes to go to museums, concerts, pantomime, cinema and go out for a meal. Jo would also like to play golf, archery and wheelchair basketball. He is interested in Dr Who and would love to attend a Cosplay convention., To support with:

  • Some washing and dressing

  • Support accessing the community and social activities as mentioned above to become more independent.


    • Essential Criteria
  • Non-smoker

  • Driver to be able to drive Motability car, Services

  • Personal Care

  • Social + Leisure activities


    • Transportation
  • Full UK driving license

  • Can drive a motability equipped car

    Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy.

  • Excellent timekeeping.

  • Some previous PA experience would be advantageous but not essential.

  • Good communication and social skills.

  • To respect confidentiality and privacy.
