Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen in our Property Services Department for a Project Manager to work within the Design and Build Team delivering a variety of projects. Initially the successful candidate's principal role will be the management of the design and build of the new QSR restaurants across the UK. This is a rewarding role, during an exciting time of the businesses growth. The successful candidate will need to be an experienced and capable project manager who is able to build on our already strong relationships and deliver an excellent quality of work.

The role allows for agile working with home working being an option but the successful candidate will be required to make regular site visits in order to project manage the store builds and contractual requirements.

  • Procurement & contract management

  • Contract performance management

  • Surveying & site inspections


  • :Procurement & Project Management:
  • To be competent in providing effective project management for a wide range of projects which will involve direct contact with contractors, making informed decisions and issuing clear instructions.

  • To be self-aware and develop, implement and promote initiatives, policies and procedures to improve performance and levels of service, utilising value for money principles

  • Be competent in managing building projects and in performing the role of Contract Administrator

  • To be able to problem solve, negotiate and make decisions

  • Be capable of researching and preparing tender documents

  • Have the ability to manage the tender process including tender evaluation

    Experience project management and / or building surveying

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Good IT skills

  • Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield or Leeds based would be ideal

  • Full UK Driver's License
