Property Inventory Clerk

The role entails visiting rented residential properties to conduct both pre tenancy inventories and end of tenant checkouts on behalf of our clients.

• Conduct property inspections and create detailed inventory reports


• Document the condition of properties, including fixtures and furnishings


• Use digital tools and software for efficient reporting


• Communicate effectively with property owners and tenants
