Full Job Description

  • This position will involve collecting keys from letting agents

  • Travelling to and from different areas and properties

  • Visiting letting agents, tenants, and landlords

  • Looking after keys

  • Producing property condition reports

  • Operating a mobile phone and tablet

  • Working efficiently and remaining punctual at all times


    • Online and on the job training will be provided to the successful candidate.

  • Excellent time keeping skills

  • Excellent literacy skills

  • A personable manner

  • Good attention to detail

  • Valid driving licence, Candidates with previous experience in and job titles including; Inventory clerk, Inventory manager, key keeper, Inventory administrator, Property Manager, Lettings Assistant, Lettings Administrator, Lettings Negotiator, and Inventory assistant may also be considered for the role.
