Property Manager

Broomhill Property Shop is an independent letting and management agent in Sheffield established for over 30 years. We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our vibrant team as Property managers.,

• Building and managing relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors


• Working with a team managing all property maintenance issues


• Liaising with Landlords and contractors for works to be carried out


• Arrange and carry out property visits including reporting findings and arranging remedial works


• Negotiating end of tenancy deductions from deposits


• Taking payments


• Supporting Lettings and Negotiations
  
  Experience with property management, student accommodation sector favourable


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• IT literate


• Experience with property software and processes


• Excellent understanding of the Housing and Tenants Acts.


• Driving License required and it is essential you drive your own car


• References from two credible sources required
  
  £21,000-25,000 (pro-rata for part time employees) per annum based on experience.
