Property Manager

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential HMO properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills and a strong background in property management.

Basic Salary for the role of property manager on a part time basis will be £500 PCM

Bonus Commissions:

For every room filled with a tenant = 25% of First Months Rent

Future Potential to become Full Time Property Manager With Salary Increase

Duties:

- Manage tenant inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Conduct property viewings and tenant screenings
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
- Ensure timely rent collection and handle arrears appropriately
- Utilise Arthur Online software for property management tasks
- Upsell additional services to tenants where applicable
- Maintain accurate records through meticulous data entry
- Uphold office protocols and ensure smooth office operations

Proven experience in property management or related field
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Arthur Online software is advantageous
- Ability to upsell services effectively
- Competent in office procedures and organisation
