Full Job Description

Based in Garforth, Leeds, we are recruiting a full time Purchase Ledger Clerk working as part of our Finance team.

Reporting to the Financial Director, the role primarily involves maintaining the purchase ledger, managing import & domestic payment runs, processing invoices & investigating AP queries.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

· Timely processing of AP invoices

· Domestic and international multi-currency payments

· Query resolutions

· Effective planning and proactively responding to time sensitive matters

· Inter-departmental and vendor base engagement

· AP account reconciliations

Candidate: The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, be outgoing, confident and able to work independently and to monthly / ad-hoc deadlines. Previous purchase ledger and experience within an Accounts department required. MS Excel and ICT skills necessary.
