Full Job Description

  • This role is to ensure the smooth running of our Distribution Centre in Leamington Spa, which contributes to the high standards of customer and retailer experience.

  • You will represent the brand and our core values; you will be responsible for the following:

  • Warehouse control - Organization of the physical warehouse, efficient execution of workflow and upholding compliance to Workplace Safety standards

  • DIF (Receiving) - match consignment to packing slips in a timely manner, returning relevant documentation back to Purchasing for system receipt. Communicating clearly any discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.

  • DTS (Quality Control) - visual check of received goods to match company quality standards and garment spec. Effective communication on any concerns to ensure these can be rectified and expectations managed across all internal and external stakeholders

  • DIF (Dispatch) - Pick from list, steam of gowns and packing to company procedure and standard. Booking logistics and communicating dispatch detail at an order level

  • Inventory management - Maintain accurate record keeping in operating systems. Prepare and perform annual stock take and monthly cycle counts in line with policies and procedures.

  • Where necessary any additional duties to evolve to the needs of the business and support any process improvements

    Experience within the warehouse/distribution preferred - ideally within the Fashion Sector

  • The knowledge of Bridal industry is a plus but not a pre-requisite

  • Outstanding organizational skills, positive customer centric attitude

  • High attention to detail, with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Solutions orientated

  • Physically fit with ability to lift up to 20kg boxes

  • Hands on mentality and a pro-active attitude towards work

  • Can work both autonomously and within a team environment
