Full Job Description

  • Play a pivotal role in supporting the Commercial Team with contract applications.

  • Managing subcontract accounts, including handling re-charges, retention, and final accounts with precision.

  • Management of disputes and conduct thorough internal audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.

  • Overseeing weekly valuations, confirming the accuracy of measurements, and ensuring financial integrity.

  • Review and evaluate scheme works rigorously to ensure all targets are met and exceeded.

  • Foster strong relationships with clients to effectively reduce 'Work In Progress' days and enhance collaboration

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of weekly and monthly cost and revenue data to drive informed decision-making.

  • Provide support to the Commercial Manager, contributing to the overall success of the team.

  • As a clear and concise communicator, you should be able to analyse problems and offer effective solutions, while managing people efficiently. A self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude is essential. Beyond the technical requirements, you will be expected to set a positive example for all employees.

    A full and valid UK Driving Licence is also a requirement

    A degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or a minimum of five years' experience in a similar position is necessary.
