Full Job Description

  • Build and sustain credible and trusting relationships with colleagues and line managers to provide recruitment guidance and coordinate the process.

  • Manage and participate in the recruitment process in line with the recruitment policy to support hiring managers.

  • Manage recruitment campaigns, write adverts and draft Job descriptions, using the ATS and systems.

  • Respond to candidate enquiries and applications.

  • Attend job fairs and open days.

  • Use social media to attract candidates.

  • Build a candidate database and conduct headhunting.

  • Provide recruitment performance data.

  • Ensure a consistent candidate experience.

    Good standard of education.

  • Degree level qualification (desirable).

  • CIPD qualification (desirable).

  • Proven recruitment experience.

  • Knowledge of recruitment legislation.


  • Skills and Abilities
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Intermediate Excel skills (desirable).

  • People-oriented and results-driven.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Experience with recruitment systems.

  • Attention to detail and solution-focused.

  • Strong prioritisation and time management.

  • Self-motivated with enthusiasm and drive.

  • Full UK Driver's Licence and use of a vehicle (desirable).
