Full Job Description

Key responsibilities within this role include (please see attached job description for full details): Implementing and evaluating the communications plan to raise the profile of the RIA programme and its priorities Coordinating all RIA related communications activity and events; setting tasks, timeframes, and adjusting plans as needed. This will involve communicating with health and care providers, patients, carers, clients, service users and the public and other key stakeholders Developing mechanisms for communicating and sharing the impact of RIA work programmes Researching, analysing and interpreting information in order to produce reports, publications, press releases and digital content suitable for a variety of professional and public audiences Providing specialist expertise to supporting our local Act as One and Integrated Care Board structures in meaningfully informing and involving key stakeholders in their work, to develop and support authentic public voice and influence
Monitoring media coverage and social media content, highlight issues and develop appropriate responses Actively contributing to the communication and involvement teams daily huddles and duty manager rota Providing specialist expertise in media management and effective crisis management communications activity, this includes leading on behalf of the system or being a key member of a system-wide crisis response team
