Full Job Description
- Day to day management and leadership of ERIKS on-site reliability services.
- Continually Improve defined lubrication and condition monitoring routes.
- Manage and drive IOT notifications from Smart Asset Management database.
- Reporting asset defects to the client and entering notifications on the client's ERP system.
- Demonstrating and promoting Health and Safety in the workplace - felt leadership.
Maintain excellent service levels - High standard of report writing with the ability of altering to suit the client's or business' requirements
- Able to Innovate using new technologies and methodologies
- Good team working and motivation skills
- Able to work on own initiative in a fast-paced environment easily adapting to change
- Plan's activities and projects well in advance and takes account of possible changes in circumstances
- Develop and deliver continuous improvement initiatives
