Full Job Description
As a Resources Duty Manager at CrossCountry, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day resourcing implementation of our operations, ensuring seamless train service delivery and customer satisfaction. Key aspects of the role include:
- Supervision and line management of our Resource Planners & Specialists: including fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Leading the Team on the day-to-day basis to deliver operational solutions that meet our customers' and internal partners' needs
- Representing CrossCountry Resources in some key internal meetings and being able to articulate the operational position
- Working closely with Control Team and Train Planning Team to contribute towards strategic planning
- Assuming responsibility for the delivery of correct rostering and forward planning activities for train crew colleagues
Proven ability to motivate and lead others, with a track record of achieving results - Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Agility and resilience to respond effectively to unforeseen events and changing business needs
- Track record of managing competing priorities
- Enthusiasm for learning and embracing new ideas, coupled with the ability to inspire and empower others to innovate
