Full Job Description

Retail Administrator, providing support to all our Retail operations across North Devon. £23,392 per annum pro rata. 15 hours per week (on a Monday and Tuesday with flexibility if needed for additional days), £9,300 per annum., As a Retail Administrator, your role is to deliver an exceptional service to our donors, supporters, customers and retail team across all retail operations. Your days will be fast paced and varied; you could be greeting our customers and site visitors, ordering new goods and supplies, dealing with enquires, solving problems, gathering information, creating reports, distributing stock, taking minutes, supporting new projects and initiatives all while working alongside our amazing volunteer team members. Your flexibility and adaptability are key. If you are hard-working, calm and enthusiastic, this role could be for you! The skills required to succeed in this role include

  • Great communication skills whilst being friendly, calm, kind and efficient - even on your busiest days

  • Excellent time management skills, with experience of multi-tasking while managing your own workload and meeting deadlines whilst working under pressure

  • Experience as an Administrator or Receptionist in a customer care environment.

  • The ability to maintain databases, process data and produce reports

  • Experience of using Microsoft products, with the ability to learn other systems

  • A team player with a willingness to be adaptable to meet the changing needs of the organisation

  • Great attention to detail, accurate, thorough and well organised

  • A confident manner and able to be genuine
