Full Job Description

We are looking for a Network Support Manager who can pro-actively support the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Retail Network with the delivery of fleet sales. Working within the Volkswagen Group Business Centre, the Network Support Manager will be responsible for ensuring the accurate administration and quota management of all Van Centre fleet agreements.
This exciting role is an ideal opportunity for candidates with a background in automotive and/or fleet management who has strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
What will you do?
Working alongside the VWCV Van Centres and the Area Fleet Managers, the Network Support Manager is a key point of contact for all fleet related queries and centralised fleet administration.

  • Handling all inbound queries from the Van Centre network, queries that relate to fleet sales, contracts and discount schedules.

  • Pro-actively reviewing sales volumes against fleet agreements to help ensure the avoidance of under or over achievement of sales volume

  • Co-ordinating Van Centre customer and agreement setup within the Fleet Business Centre

  • Delivering scheduled calls to 60 Van Centres to review Sales Volume on their fleet agreements.

  • Ensuring adherence to all Information Security policies and procedures

  • Completing a variety of additional temporary ad-hoc responsibilities that arise within the role.

    The ability to manage own workload and deliver against key timeframes

  • An enthusiasm for problem solving

  • The ability to create effective working relationships with Brand and Van Centre contacts

  • As a representative of VWCV, must have the ability to deliver the correct brand experience to all contacts

  • The ability to influence key contacts within the Van Centre network

  • Be able to confidently articulate results from data

  • The ability to use multiple systems to record and review information

  • Be able to demonstrate ability to manage databases and accurately record information
