RMN Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Ty Cwm Rhondda. This position will provide direct care to individuals with mental health issues, as well as provide leadership and support to other team members.,

• Conduct assessments of patients mental health needs and develop individualized care plans.


• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, psychological interventions, and crisis management.


• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plan accordingly.


• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.


• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.


• Developing and improving the healthcare plan in collaboration with other healthcare personnel in the household


• Providing palliative care as needed to keep the patient comfortable


• Make recommendations for devices ot tools that might improve the patients quality of life
