Roofer

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Roofer to join The Roofing Company team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofs. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.,

• Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems including tile, slate, flat roofs, and other roofing materials.


• Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific areas.


• Safely operate hand tools and power tools required for roofing tasks.


• Remove old roofing materials and debris from work sites.


• Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and building codes.


• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.


• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.


• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude on job sites.


• Complete job site clean-up and disposal of materials.


• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  
  Proven experience as a roofer or similar role.


• Knowledge of various roofing systems and materials.


• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.


• Strong understanding of safety procedures.


• Proficiency in using roofing tools and equipment.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.


• Good communication and teamwork skills.


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation., Roofing: 1 year (preferred)
