Sales Assistant / Warehouse Operative

Engage with customers to promote and sell products or services
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to phone etiquette standards
- Be first point of contact for all incoming phone calls
- Process all purchase orders

- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records

- Liaising with couriers over lost/damaged shipments and claims

- Processing all incoming deliveries
- Maintaining a tidy warehouse and reporting any H&S concerns
- Carry out regular stock takes
- Pick, pack and ship stock orders

We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and possess a passion for sales and customer service., Previous experience in sales or similar role
