Full Job Description

Administration support for the Corporate Account & Sales Team. Liaise with both internal & external key stakeholders.,

  • Being first point of contact for customer- liaising directly via e-mail and telephone.

  • Maintain relationships with key customer and supplier contacts.

  • Updating database and keeping information up to date.

  • Management of Client Portal

  • Identify and resolve issues affecting customer service and account profitability.

  • Liaising with various department within business to create reports on timescales, deadlines, and cost for the customer.

  • Chasing of Installation and Service departments to make sure jobs are complete within timeframes and Customer SLAs.

  • Liaising with Customer Service department to aid in resolving any invoice queries.

  • Ensure all service agreements are met.

  • Assisting Installation team by preparing Installation packs for key customer

  • To maintain contact with relevant contact points within client's organisations

  • Ensure you work to ensure that the processes and regulations used in the business are continually updated and adhered to.

  • Performing weekly and quarterly analysis

  • Maintaining accurate records

  • Manage and work closely with the Corporate Account team.

  • Provide monthly information to the CAD show deliver performance and targets objectives in terms of sales, KPI's, debtors, SLA, and URN status.

  • Implement and act in accordance with the organisations information security policies

  • Protect assets from unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference.

  • Implement particular security processes or activities, as requested by management.

  • Report security events or potential events or other security risks to the organisation.

    Previous experience in Administration role.
