Sales Consultant & Trainee / Back Up Residential Property Valuer

As a Trainee Valuer working with Your Move, we are proud to offer:
£26,000 + On target earning, depending on experience, incentivised commission and performance bonuses, A 4 or 5-day working week, 21 days holiday excluding bank holidays, Company pension.

Opportunity for career progression

In the role of a Back Up/ Trainee Valuer, you will be responsible for growing and developing the sales instructions within the branch by:
Generating and conducting sales valuation appointments, winning and securing new instructions, business prospecting and proactive activity. Extensive local market knowledge and networking, maximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance). Displaying excellent customer service at all times.

Sales and Lettings residential in branch role would be included with this role.

Ideally you will have experience working in Estate Agency as a Senior Negotiator or back up/trainee valuer and looking for the next step in your career but will have experience in conducting sales valuations. This is an excellent opportunity for a tenacious and driven individual looking to make a real stamp on the branch success story.

A full UK driving license is essential.
