Sales Negotiator

Taking enquiries via property portals regarding properties.

-Identifying and discussing potential buyers needs and matching them to suitable properties.

-Building strong relationships and keeping in regular contact with potential buyers and to arrange viewings for suitable properties.

-Providing vendors with regular feedback following viewings.

-Securing offers for properties and negotiating offer terms between applicants and vendors.
