  • Manage commercial team members including Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Administrators

  • Ensure accurate and robust management of Subcontractor accounts including overseeing any dispute resolution

  • Value maximisation including management of change control within main contract

  • Prepare Payment Applications and ensuring cash flow targets are met

  • Assist Project Team with Commercial analysis and guidance

  • Provide key support to the Contracts Manager and Head of Commercial in order to complete annual budget and monthly reforecast

  • Carry out profit and loss reporting and providing analysis to the Head of Commercial and Senior Leadership Team., As if contributing to and supporting work that makes life better for millions wasnt rewarding enough, we offer a full range of benefits too.

    Relevant professional qualifications and / or experience in Quantity Surveying

  • NEC3 Contract experience desirable

  • Civil Engineering / Highways background

  • Ability to generate, develop and manage Professional services agreements and obligation

  • A well-organised and self-motivated individual with good inter-personal skills.
