Full Job Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the organization's overall marketing and communications goals

  • Manage, grow and elevate the company's social media presence on platforms including Tiktok, Instagram and Facebook working to quarterly KPI's

  • Influencer Outreach for content creators

  • Managing FB, Pintrest ads.

  • Managing the affiliate marketing strategy

  • Attending and contributing to weekly team meetings and setting objectives for the week

  • Assisting the MD with the overall Marketing strategy

  • Create, curate, and publish engaging and high-quality content that drives audience engagement and grows the company's online following

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers, bloggers, and community members to expand the company's reach and drive brand awareness

  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed

  • Must be up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates and technologies and recommend new platforms and strategies to enhance the company's social media presence

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure a consistent and integrated brand experience across all social media channels

  • Respond to customer inquiries on social media in a timely and professional manner

  • Manage and maintain the company's social media calendar, including scheduling and publishing content

  • Outreach management for UGC content creators and influencers for the UK and expanding into our European market

  • Outreach for brand collaborations and putting together proposals and initiatives

  • Complete end-to-end relationship management with talent, from initial outreach emails to processing contracts and payments

  • Liaising with the Team to launch new product ranges and photo/video shoot days.

  • Working with the Managing Director to plan the marketing budget, creating ad campaigns across paid ad platforms and recording budgets, analysing ROI

  • Create written content for use across the company's marketing communications, including product descriptions, email content and blog content within brand guidelines

  • Creating in house video and imagery content for use on socials

  • Organizing the Marketing department to include project management for shoots and TikTok lives

  • Managing all accessories shopping and budgets and making sure all accessories are organized and ready to use

  • Organizing photoshoots liaising with talent agencies and schedules and location agencies

  • Ensuring all imagery, content and strategies and kept up to date and organised

  • Keeping all social bio's up to date

  • Creating all content for promotions for website and socials

  • Assisting ecommerce team with website development.

  • Adhoc general administration duties

    We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our vibrant team. As the team grows, you'll have the opportunity to grow too, working alongside our talented team, not only will you be able to develop your skills but we want you to bring your own thinking and ideas to the table., You have proven skills in working with all common Microsoft packages including basic Excel skills. You also possess strong communication skills and have excellent language skills in written and spoken English., Ideally2 years B2C experience in a similar role

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, technologies, and best practices

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Confident to be on camera

  • Experience with social media management tools

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Creativity and strong attention to detail

  • Knowledge of Canva, Adobe, Email Marketing Software, Social Media Scheduling software, Video editing, Google Analytics, Content Management Systems is all an advantage but not essential, Bachelor's (preferred), Social media marketing: 2 years (preferred)

  • This is currently a hybrid role with Mon-Thurs in the office and Friday WFH.
