Full Job Description

Description To support the solution design and implementation process for key customers and projects
Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the delivery of questionnaire analysis and design for platform migrations and new customers

  • Leading in the delivery of commodity code gap analysis and identification of new codes required

  • Liaise and co-ordinate with the solution delivery managers to understand requirements and ensure standard content is used within customer solution planning

  • Liaise with information architects and the Insights team when new content is required

  • Taking part in testing questionnaires including business testing for upgrades, new content and change requests

  • Reviewing and taking ownership of processes and workflows for solution delivery

  • Support the business solution delivery manager in managing the customer and internal stakeholders in order to deliver a successful customer launch

    Identifies and evaluates the range of options open to them

  • Articulates the assumptions made and the risks involved in decisions taken

  • Analyses information carefully to identify facts, patterns, trends and missing data that may impact on a decision

  • Communicates decisions clearly to those who are affected

  • EXPERIENCE
  • Previous experience in an analytical role

  • Experience of working in a solution delivery or IT environment a benefit but not essential
