Full Job Description

This is a varied and challenging role. Your day-to-day activities could include:

  • Communicating with candidates via phone and email

  • Screening applications and CVs against agreed criteria

  • Planning and organising interviews and selection days

  • Setting up occupational online testing via our testing portal

  • Organising and booking new entrant and promotion medicals

  • Providing feedback to candidates on request

  • Supporting other administrators and Talent Acquisition Specialist in the team

  • Ensuring all personal data is processed confidentially and in line with GDPR regulations

  • Maintaining accurate records for trackers, interview packs, and Right to Work documents

    We are looking for a proactive, highly organised person to provide support within a busy, fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will have previous administrative experience and be ready to join our Talent Acquisition team in Leeds, with remote working options and occasional travel.

  • Previous administrative experience and the ability to prioritise and manage their own time

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • A keen eye for detail

  • Keen to learn and develop a career within talent acquisition / recruitment

  • Adaptability to keep up with multiple vacancies, candidates, managers, and the wider business

  • IT literacy and the ability to learn new systems

  • Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers

  • Someone who wants to be part of team and a team on a mission to deliver the very best service to the business

    Agile Working Policy: Flexible working between home and our city centre office, with opportunities to travel across the network.

  • Team Support: You'll be part of a supportive team of Talent Acquisition Administrators, Talent Acquisition Specialists, and the Talent Acquisition Management team.

  • Training Provided: Full training will be provided, and the salary is subject to passing the training period.
