Do you have Team Secretary skills? Are you enthusiastic, have an eye for detail and a Team player, if you enjoy working with days that are never the same, and feel this is you, we would like you to join us.

Part of the role entails producing correspondence and reports as required. Arranging meetings and appointments in diaries. Organising and attending meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes. Entering Patient information into the electronic Patient Record ensuring accuracy. Maintain a comprehensive filing system. To provide cover for other administrators in times of absence. Ordering and receipting Supplies in the Ward Clerks absence., An opportunity has arisen for a Team Secretary to provide direct administration support to the Clinical team working on Amber Ward - Whiteleaf Centre Aylesbury.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, empathetic and self-motivated individual to work within our team. Previous experience of working in a similar role would be an advantage, though not essential as support and training will be provided.

The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication, administrative and organisational / prioritisation skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Rio and Docman. Managing Outlook diaries and emails, digital dictation (BigHand), weekly team minute taking and be able to liaise with employees at all levels. They will also have the skills to handle all contacts confidently with compassion, patience and professionalism.

The role will suit someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment where they would be able to work as a part of a team, as well as under their own initiative. This is an important role which helps to run an efficient service but is also an extremely rewarding one.
