Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in our Asset Management Team. We're recruiting two Technical Assistants who will report directly to the Senior Technical Assistant.
The successful candidates will provide a key role assisting the management of projects across all disciplines, supporting Asset Management team members to help ensure that our customer's homes are decent, safe and secure, and that all works are carried out in accordance with agreed schedules and specifications. Asset Management Technical Assistants provide a comprehensive technical support service within the team, maintaining and developing new methods of working and reporting to ensure compliance. You will have an opportunity to work across various capital works programmes, including element improvements such as Kitchen & Bathroom replacements, energy retrofit, stock condition surveys, plus many others.

  • Excellent communication, organisation and ICT skills

  • An understanding of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Good time management skills

  • Experience of delivering excellent customer service, working in a collaborative environment

  • A positive attitude to learning new systems
