Trainee Branch Support

We are currently recruiting a full time Trainee Branch Support role for our busy Office and Warehouse in Felling, Gateshead

This is a Full time entry level position. The role will include Picking and packing of customers' orders in the Warehouse, you will be required to serve customers at the trade counter, Process customer orders, answering the telephone, taking verbal sales orders.

Full Training will be given to produce quotations for customers and area sales managers, checking goods in, booking goods in on our computer system.

• Full Training will be given in a friendly progressive environment.


• Our working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm with half an hour for lunch.


• 20 Days holiday plus bank holidays (Increases after 3 years service)

• Own transport would be advantageous as we are off a bus route
  
  GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


Experience:

• customer service: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
