Tree Surveyor

You will be conducting inventory and health surveys of highway trees across Staffordshire. Successful candidates will have experience of conducting tree inspections to LANTRA PTI standards and experience of surveying on the highway.

You will be joining a growing business and can expect a challenging and rewarding position. You will work closely with colleagues, customers and contractors, ensuring all work is completed to the highest possible standards and within given time and budget constraints.

• Level 3 or higher in Arboriculture or an associated discipline


• LANTRA Professional Tree Inspector qualification


• QTRA training and membership


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Strong tree identification and inspection experience


• Knowledge and understanding of BS 5837 and BS 3998


• Demonstrable experience of using industry standard software, such as GIS-based software


• Experience using such software for tree mapping and assessment


• Comfortable working independently as well as within a team


• Highly motivated with a positive approach to work


• Full clean driving licence
