Being the technical lead of the Salesforce application and associated third party apps, responsible for Salesforce architecture, designing solutions and maintaining the code, performance and integrity of our Salesforce platform. Responsible for ensuring the compliance of the Salesforce platform with IT policies including security, data protection, data retention and storage, back ups, change management. What you'll need

  • Takes ownership for delivering a prescribed budget for own area of the organisation and/or conducts sophisticated analyses on budget progress in other areas while working within established systems. Delivers outcomes by managing others and working within established systems

  • Personally meets customer needs related to standard products and services and/or supervises a team of customer advisors. Identifies shortcomings and suggests improvements to existing processes, systems and procedures, then delivers a plan for a small element of a change management programme with mentorship from a project/programme manager

  • Grows own capabilities by pursuing and investing in personal development opportunities and develops the capabilities of direct reports by working within existing development framework; provides specialised training or mentor in area of expertise to others throughout the organisation. Sets short term objectives and helps lead the performance of direct reports by working within performance management systems.

  • Highlights shortcomings and suggests improvements in current IT Security processes, systems and procedures within assigned unit and/or subject area. Explores issues and/or needs to establish potential causes, related issues and barriers

  • Delivers prescribed outcomes for area of responsibility by working within established knowledge management systems.

  • Defines, delivers, and adapts specialized products/services to meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems. Delivers prescribed outcomes for a designated area, using risk management systems to ensure the organisation is not exposed to undue risks by improving and/or working within an established supplier management plan.

  • Analyses specified problems and issues to find the best technical and/or professional solutions and develops product specifications while designing testing procedures and standards by working within established strategic planning systems.

    Strong expertise of Salesforce customisation, configuration and standard processes.

  • Deep understanding of Apex, LWCs and other Salesforce technologies and proficiency in Java and Javascript / CSS / html.

  • Tenacity to see multiple tasks through to successful completion at any given time and ability to work to tight deadlines with demanding targets.

  • Strong attention to detail with an excellent customer service ethos, with personal presence and credibility; demonstrating passion and self-motivation.

  • Ability to form relationships with internal and external partners.

  • Ability to "think outside the box" and provide solutions
