Valet Manager

· Coordinate and delegate daily tasks to the team of Car Valeters

· Oversee and maintain the quality of vehicle preparation and inspections

· Conduct regular audits and ensure daily completion of quality control processes.

· Monitor and report on staff productivity and make recommendations for improvement

· Ensure that productivity sheets are completed and submitted daily

· Maintain all internal systems

· Achieve daily volume targets

· Train new team members on company processes and procedures

· Coach and develop all team members in the most productive methods of operation to the required standards.

· Manage staff absence and performance in line with company HR policies and procedures

· Complete and submit all documentation and weekly audit reports to manager by required deadlines.

· Carry out regular stock control of valeting materials and ordering new stock as needed.

· Work with other managers to keep everything running smoothly.

· Encourage excellent communication between staff and management.

· Ensure valet bays are kept tidy and that staff follow health and safety regulations.

· Maintain a positive approach and can-do attitude

· Prioritise business and customer focus

· Strong organisational skills

· IT skills to maintain internal systems

· Exceptional attention to detail

· Flexibility on working hours where workload requires
