Brighter Futures focuses on reducing and removing barriers to enable people to move closer to work within Norwich. Providing them with opportunities to gain skills, gain work experience and skills through training and volunteer placements. This role will play a critical role in empowering individuals who are furthest from the job market to achieve sustainable employment. The role holder will work directly with participants to create personalised pathways to participation and employment. Offering tailored support to overcome barriers, build essential sills, and access job opportunities. By actively engaging with the community, coordinating with various services and providing holistic support, the project aims to facilitate meaningful progress and long-term positive outcomes for participants.
