Warehouse Person

Join our small family run business, as a Warehouse Worker and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks related to picking, packing, loading, unloading, quality control, and materials handling. There are two sites we operate across, so applicant may be required to work at the Blackburn Warehouse occasionally.

• Duties:


Efficiently pick and pack orders according to specifications

- Safely load and unload materials from trucks and shelves

- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of orders

- Utilise mechanical knowledge to operate warehouse equipment effectively

- Engage in heavy lifting tasks as required

- Operate forklifts to move materials within the warehouse (not essential as training for this will be provided)

- Assist with shipping and receiving processes


• Driving Licence Essential


- Proven experience in a warehouse environment

- Ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting

- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures

- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills

- Forklift certification is a plus

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
