Web Intern

Please note that this role is fixed term for 12 months, and is 4 days working in our Milton Keynes office, and 1 day working from home. Job Description Role Purpose: New Era is looking for an intern to join our Web team at our European HQ in Milton Keynes. You will be working across three areas of the web team assisting the Project Coordinator, Customer Relations, and Web Operations team. You would be working as part of a great culture and dynamic team for the world's leading headwear company. This is a fantastic learning experience and opportunity for the right individual. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail Strong organizational skills Proactive self-starter with hands on attitude Natural passion for Sport & Fashion environment Proficient in use of Microsoft Office programs Responsibilities could include but are not limited to: Assist Customer Relations with customer enquiries, working closely with the warehouse and Couriers
Administration of product uploads (assigning colours, licences to items) Preparing and maintaining data for internal and external use Proof-reading (content for pages, descriptions, meta descriptions) Assist in raising and monitoring all tickets within our service desk Involved in UAT during web releases and launches Trust Pilot review responses and raising any issues with our Customer Service Team Leader Assisting with updating calendars / timelines and organising assets for upcoming projects Ad hoc tasks including creating lists in excel to support our marketing teams on translations Company Expectation The intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment, and will finish the internship having gained a good mix of hands-on paired with a broader experience in various aspects of the Web team.
