Weekend Children's Residential Support Worker

Stepping Stones Care have a Therapeutic Children's Home in Birmingham and are looking to add to our already talented staff team. We are looking for people who are ambitious, driven and want to work for an organisation that is prepared to do things differently. We want to support our staff fully, through training, development and support for you as well as the young people.

Are you someone who wants to make a real difference to the lives of young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties?,

• Diploma or NVQ Level 3 / 4 in Children and Young People's Workforce is desirable


• A Full Manual UK Driver's License is essential


• A commitment to personal development and the acquisition of professional skills and further qualifications.


• Experience working with Young People within a residential environment


• Experience of working with young people with emotional and behavioural issues and complex needs including challenging behaviour.
