It shows your loss of composure to others you cannot handle your job. Sending & replying to emails at all hours in non-emergency situations also reflects poorly on you. It shows you cannot do your work within stipulated hours and interrupts colleagues’ lives outside the office.
Developing healthy habits is key to preventing burnout. Ensure you are getting enough sleep, eating a balanced diet, and exercising regularly. These practices not only support your physical health but also improve cognitive function and mood, which are critical in the demanding field of food science.
