University Professor or teaching fraternity can play instrumental role in the polpularization of such Govt efforts. Its a learner centric methods. Development of app based education and online evaluation should be percolated to the lowest stratum of the Society to be a knowlege based Country.

O uso de ferramentas de aprimoramento de seus conhecimento é muito importante. Os MOOCS são uma excelente oportunidade de estar atualizado e fazer networking. Sempre que há um desligamento, não sabemos muito o que fazer de imediato, então aproveitar esse tempo até as coisas se encaixarem novamente, para estar atualizado e adquira novas competências.

Le réseautage est un mot qui peut faire peur, (trop chronophage, ne connait pas assez de monde, ne sait pas comment démarrer, manque de visibilité...) Cependant le réseautage, qu'il soit virtuel ou IRL, permet vraiment d'évoluer à grand pas. Une des règles principales est que si tu veux qu'on s'intéresse à toi intéresse toi aux autres, n'espère pas être vu et entendu si tu ne regardes pas et n'écoutes pas. N'espère pas qu'on t'aide si tu es insensibles aux problématiques des autres. En IRL le plus dur est d'aborder, il faut juste se mêler aux gens les écouter sans couper la parole et commencer par poser des questions pour montrer son intérêt et naturellement les gens commenceront également à s'intéresser à toi.

Essa é sempre a melhor parte. Vá nos congressos e feiras, distribua sorrisos e contatos, faça amizades intencionais, se mantenha visível e conectado. E não deixe de se interessar (de verdade) pelo trabalho dos outros.

I have worked on various learning Technologies such as Degreed, Cornerstone OnDemand ,Successfactor etc. They are market leaders in EdTech and what I loved most is their Free webinars or articles on their website. All this Edtech have their community page which one can join , learn or share their experiences. It makes big difference as you connect with different people and hear diverse perspective.

To me this was a very valuable way to keep updated. Whether it be a major educational technology conference or a locally based smaller mini conference, seminar series or planned workshops. Sharing your own expertise by presenting workshops at any or all of the above was a way of contributing to teacher development in educational technologies

To know who to include in your social networks, ask yourself what you really need to know or where you need to improve. At this point, you have three types of support at your disposal: the first is the help of human resources experts; the second is public libraries, which can provide you with these services if your budget is tight, and non-governmental organizations, which also provide free advice on job offers and required qualifications; the third is AI as an assistant; if you ask the right questions, it will surely help you to proactively find the topics you should start with and, most importantly, who you should contact.

Whether it's starting a blog about educational technology or building a new learning platform, these projects highlight your initiative and innovation. They also provide concrete examples of your abilities, making your resume stand out.

It is really important to keep us up to date with latest trends by learning the new things continuously. We can explore the new things by attending the webinars , by connecting to professional networks, community forums,technical magazines and through online platforms (like youtube/udemy/kodecloud etc.). Learning have no age limit . We should not consider ourselves up to date , definitely there is scope to learn the new things.

The more you learn , the more you know. Make habit of learning every day... It could be 15 min or 1 hrs.. Attend webinars , join online forums and connect with expert . Continuous learning will help you to be ahead during your Interviews as many org will be interested to know if you are aware of new Edtech Trends or technology. Being open to learning and continuous learning will play a key role in successful career moves.
