For example, if we're in a dark parking garage late in the evening, it's a good thing if we have a little anxiety and/or fear. Fear encourages us to be on the lookout and remain aware. A person can find the source of his or her own fears by doing some self-evaluation and also by talking to a professional. Asking yourself questions such as: “Why am I afraid?” or “What is causing my anxiety?” will lead you in the right direction.

First, work with their leadership team and have them adopt Agile methodologies. Ask them to support the change in their team. Let them directly communicate and send messages to their team to adopt Agile in their deliveries. Prepare and share the Agile implementation strategy, plan, and implementation roadmap. Publish actual use cases and testimony of Agile. Bring the model that can endorse Agile methodology and share their success story.

It is end-result driven starting from the Inception(Day 1) as this Sprint-wise mechanism facilitates in accomplishing goals for each specific quarter/fragment , a mechanism which provides the liberty to improvise tackling processes (for better efficient results since it has Sprint Retrospective in picture), A technique which would ensure highest efficient fragment/quarterly results as well as the end-results It has Daily Scrum Calls and several other virtual team meets which help foster team collaboration with highest efficiency ,thereby ensuring best possible team CO-ORDINATION

Agile Methodologies facilitates in accomplishing phase-wise results, wherein the vendor/offshore and the Client Teams can highlights their specific wins/accomplishments for the specific phase. This model facilitates in taking optimization head-on for the subsequent phases for each co-related team so that the improvisation for the subsequent phases can invoke phase results at the highest efficiency. When individual phase results are met, they'd ensure proper and systematic Roll Out of specific features and proper Return of Investment (ROI) for each phase. At the time of Project Closure, this iterative model can highlight end-result wins, accomplishments for each phase as well as individual contributions and contributions of each team.

In my opinion: Collaboration focuses on the three core dimensions related to collaborative work: awareness, articulation, and appropriation. It also advocates project management as a shared value-creation process with teams working and interacting together to deliver the greatest value.
