Jacob Marshall-Naef = Director of Recruitment - South East USA Jacob has led the growth of AQRA International in the Florida Civil market, since AQRA's formation. Developing a wide network of Engineers has helped Jacob consistently assist Civil Consultancies in hiring the right talent and Engineers find their next role. When the office is blessed with his presence he shows off his leadership skills and continues to be the benchmark. Mark Coram James = Director of Recruitment - Texas Another founding member of AQRA International, building AQRA's Texas Civil presence, Mark is a stalwart of AQRA's London office. His calm and imformative approach to supporting Texas Civil Consultancies and Engineers has led to ongoing success. Mark has more recently, stepped into a managerial role, supporting Madi and developing his skill set. Ellie Buxton = Recruitment Manager - Midwest Since joining AQRA International at the end of 2022, Ellie has made the Midwest Civil market her own and is continually raising the bar for everyone at AQRA. Ellie has also positively reshaped the dynamic of the London office with her charisma. We're all looking forward to watching Ellie's progress into a managerial position and continue to hit it out the park with her service to clients and candidates.
