Jon is a retired Navy SEAL Commander, leadership and mindfulness coach, and a renowned keynote speaker. His distinguished 24-year career in the Navy, where he served in some of the most dynamic and high-stakes leadership roles, has equipped him with unparalleled expertise and a unique perspective on leadership and talent development. Jon’s approach to leadership is nothing short of transformative. His methods, rooted in mindfulness and resilience training, have proven to be highly effective in both military and civilian contexts. Jon is passionate about helping individuals and organizations become the best versions of themselves. He excels at deconstructing complex concepts into actionable strategies that enhance collaboration, foster innovation, and drive exceptional performance. His ability to break down barriers and misconceptions around mindfulness and integrate it into practical, everyday practices will be a game-changer for our team. He will take CEC’s focus on “Whole-person wellness” to the next level with your help! In his new role, Jon will be spearheading talent optimization and peak personal and professional performance. His vision for talent optimization is centered around creating a culture of continuous improvement, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence.
